FAQ
Questions sellers and buyers ask
Short answers. The fee schedule is still indicative.
What does a Roblox sale cover?
REIPMG brokers the sale of a creator business and the transfer of rights in its creations. For a group business, that is a group ownership transfer to the buyer’s own account, backed by a written sale agreement. Roblox may refuse or reverse the transfer, or take action against the accounts. REIPMG does not claim that Roblox approves or endorses this service, the written sale agreement, or any transfer.
What does a Minecraft sale cover?
A server business: the seller’s brand, worlds, own code, community, store and domain. Mojang’s game files and marks are not included. A domain containing Minecraft, and paid mods, are flagged for broker review.
Do you hold my money?
No. Buyers and sellers use Transpact (www.transpact.com), an independent escrow service. REIPMG never receives or holds the funds and is not Transpact's agent.
Who do you act for?
The seller only. Buyers should take their own advice.
Who can use the service?
Adults aged 18 or over, on both sides. Registration stores that declaration with the time it was made. REIPMG then checks identity manually before a deal can leave enquiry.
What does it cost?
Sellers pay a success fee only on completion. Buyers pay REIPMG nothing. There is no listing fee.
How is the fee paid?
The broker fee is invoiced separately. Buyers and sellers pay the price through Transpact (www.transpact.com), an independent escrow service. REIPMG never receives or holds the funds and is not Transpact's agent.
When is money released?
Release is for the parties and Transpact. REIPMG does not release, receive, or hold the funds. For a Roblox group business, the buyer confirms on the checklist that the group ownership transfer was accepted.
Can you promise what the business will make?
No. A valuation report is an opinion of a likely asking-price range, not a guarantee.
What happens to player data?
On a Minecraft server, player data can pass to the buyer only after both parties acknowledge the UK GDPR step, and not through REIPMG.
