REIPMG

Process

How a sale runs

REIPMG brokers the sale of a creator business and the transfer of rights in its creations.

  1. Apply and verify. Tell us about the business. You confirm you are 18 or over when you register, and we store that declaration with the time it was made. REIPMG then checks identity manually. A deal stays an enquiry until an admin has marked ID verified (manual) and sanctions screened for both parties.
  2. Review. We check that you control what you are selling. For a Roblox group business, you own the group and the experiences already sit in that group. For a Minecraft server business, we check the host, domain, store and community. Anything outside the listing rules is refused or flagged for the broker.
  3. NDA listing. We publish a short summary. Only a buyer who is 18 or over and has accepted the NDA sees the business detail. Proof of ownership stays with the broker. Benchmarking information is not in the data room.
  4. Offer. Buyers make offers through REIPMG. We act for the seller only. The minimum sale price is £2,500.
  5. Heads of terms. Both parties accept a written summary of the price, what is included, the timetable and the transfer checklist. The transfer of a Roblox group business is a group ownership transfer backed by a written sale agreement.
  6. Transpact escrow. Once the deal is cleared, the buyer and the seller open escrow themselves. Transpact (www.transpact.com), an independent escrow service. REIPMG never receives or holds the funds and is not Transpact's agent. There is no payment on this site.
  7. Guided transfer. Roblox: group ownership moves to the buyer’s own account under the written sale agreement. Roblox may refuse or reverse the transfer, or take action against the accounts, and a completed transfer cannot be undone. Minecraft: the server, host, domain, store and community pass to the buyer. Player data waits until both parties acknowledge the UK GDPR step.
  8. Release. Release is a matter for the parties and Transpact. REIPMG does not release, receive, or hold the funds. For a Roblox group business, the buyer confirms on the checklist that the group ownership transfer was accepted. The broker fee is invoiced separately. Indicative, pending owner sign-off.
