Sell with a broker on your side
REIPMG acts only for the seller. The job is a fair price and a clean handover, and a plain account of what can and cannot be sold.
What we can broker
- Roblox group & experience. A Roblox group-owned experience, transferred by group ownership transfer to the buyer’s own account under a written sale agreement. The price never includes Robux or in-game items.
- Minecraft server business. A whole server business. Mojang’s game files and marks are not part of the sale.
What you get
- Buyers who are 18 or over and have accepted an NDA
- A short public listing and a private data room, without benchmarking information
- Heads of terms and a written sale agreement
- A transfer checklist. Release of the price is a matter for the parties and Transpact
Fees
Indicative, pending owner sign-off. 8% up to £10,000, 5% above that up to £50,000, 4% above that up to £250,000, and 3% (negotiable) above £250,000. The rate applies to the whole price. The minimum fee is £250. The minimum sale price is £2,500. There is no listing fee. The seller pays on completion only.
The broker fee is invoiced separately. Buyers and sellers pay the price through Transpact (www.transpact.com), an independent escrow service. REIPMG never receives or holds the funds and is not Transpact's agent.
Optional valuation report: £149 under £10,000, or £349 at £10,000 and above, credited against the fee if you sell through REIPMG within six months. It is an opinion, not a guarantee. No payment is taken on this site.
Before you apply
You must be 18 or over, control the business yourself, and be able to prove it to the broker.

- A transfer of a login or access credentials
- Robux, items, or virtual content priced for real money
- A Roblox experience that is not owned by a group, or any handover that uses a password
- Minecraft Realms, Mojang’s game files and marks, or a real-money in-game currency
- Crypto, or payment in crypto
- Fractional shares, or a product that promises a return
- Anything involving land or real estate
- A single item, mod, skin or asset sold on its own
- A party under 18, or a business created or co-owned by someone under 18
- A price paid anywhere other than to Transpact
