What can be listed

• REIPMG brokers the sale of a creator business and the transfer of rights in its creations. REIPMG acts for the seller only and does not hold funds. The buyer pays through Transpact (www.transpact.com), an independent escrow service. REIPMG never receives or holds the funds and is not Transpact's agent.
• A Roblox listing is a group-owned experience. The transfer is a group ownership transfer to the buyer’s own account, backed by a written sale agreement. Roblox may refuse or reverse the transfer, or take action against the accounts. A completed transfer cannot be undone. REIPMG does not claim that Roblox approves or endorses the transfer.
• Logins are not sold. The price never includes Robux or in-game items. No revenue figure is stated, and benchmarking information is not in the data room.
• A Minecraft listing is one server business. Mojang’s game files and marks are not included. A domain containing Minecraft, and paid mods, are flagged for broker review.
• Player data can be handed over only after both parties acknowledge the UK GDPR data-processing and transfer step. REIPMG does not hold player data.
• Proof of ownership is seen by the broker only. Listings and sales that include land, real estate or crypto are refused. Parties must be 18 or over. The minimum sale price is £2,500.

• A transfer of a login or access credentials
• Robux, items, or virtual content priced for real money
• A Roblox experience that is not owned by a group, or any handover that uses a password
• Minecraft Realms, Mojang’s game files and marks, or a real-money in-game currency
• Crypto, or payment in crypto
• Fractional shares, or a product that promises a return
• Anything involving land or real estate
• A single item, mod, skin or asset sold on its own
• A party under 18, or a business created or co-owned by someone under 18
• A price paid anywhere other than to Transpact
